Welcome to the Geriatric Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Established in 2000, our center works together to provide the best comfort and care for our patients and their families. We take pride in ensuring that each of our patients receives the personal attention he or she needs from our entire staff, and we make sure their families and caregivers are informed every step of the way regardless of whether the patient is in a nursing home, assisted facility, rehabilitative facility, hospitalized, or at home. We provide a continuity of care.

Talia will be there to greet and her genuinely warmhearted attitude shows from the moment you walk through the door. From managing the appointments and the phone, she can be approached with all your concerns and questions.
Danielle will assist you with any financial and insurance questions, and keep you updated every step of the way.
Theresa has been working with Dr. Sharma since the establishment of Geriatric Medical Center. She will make sure that all information and options are thoroughly explained to you before any care begins. Her expertise coupled with her warm and friendly way will put you at ease so that you can focus on the important issue - getting and staying healthy!
